FANCASIS RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Fancasis, we want you to love your purchase.

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items, gift cards, and intimate items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@fancasis.com

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
